James has been with the Chaplaincy since August 2017!
“I have served in the emergency services for 35 years and I just like to help others. I have been a United Methodist Pastor for just under 9 years and I serve two churches in Rural Berkeley County (Hoods Chapel & Eccles UMC). I would like for all of the emergency service personal in the Tri-County area to know that we at CCC are here for them in their time of need”
Why is being a Chaplain important to you?
“It is important to me because many years ago, we had no one that we could call when we had that "bad" call. I also do it because I know that first God called me to help others and I want to help those in their time of need.”
