Please understand that we receive many inquiries. From those inquiries, we then select those who are invited to apply. There is an extensive application vetting process, and then final selection of candidates. Our volunteers then go through an intensive training process to equip them to serve on an amazing mission team offering Light and Hope to our first responders, survivors and community!
