Rev. Rich Robinson
Executive Director, Senior Chaplain

Rich Robinson came to us with ten years of pastoral ministry with the United Methodist Church, most recently at Epworth United Methodist Church on James Island. Before that Rich served in law enforcement for eight years, beginning as a FLDOC corrections officer and finishing as a police officer and defensive tactics instructor with the City of Charleston Police Department. He served as the Executive Director of Nuevos Caminos Mission and the Board President for the James Island Outreach. He is a graduate of Ashford University with a BA in Organizational Management, a certified Critical Incident Stress Management practitioner, a trained Crisis Negotiator, and a certified instructor of Pastoral Crisis Intervention I&II through the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, and a Federal Law Enforcement Center CISM Chaplain. He is a proud member of the International Conference of Police Chaplains and lives in Summerville with his two children and lovely wife, Jo-Dee.

 
 
 
 
 

Rev. John Prioleau Chaplain, Public Safety Support Coordinator

John Prioleau is an ordained minister within the Reformed Episcopal Church who has provided leadership and growth to his congregations for over 25 years. He has been recognized for his generous work in the church and within his community, including receiving a Pastor of the Year Award in 2018. John served as volunteer chaplain at Coastal Crisis Chaplaincy for over 25 years. Through his extensive military career, John continues to graciously serve others. He lives in Ravenel with his loving wife, Shelia.
